Clearpoint Global LLC is a trade brokerage and logistics coordinator based in Calabasas, California. We connect US hemp farms and sellers with buyers, structure and coordinate transactions, and arrange shipping, documentation, customs, and warehousing for lawful hemp and hemp-derived products.
We act as an intermediary and coordinator. Except where we expressly agree otherwise in writing, we are not the manufacturer, grower, seller, or buyer of the goods, and we do not take title to them. We arrange transportation and related services and may engage third-party carriers, customs brokers, and warehouses to perform them.
We handle only lawful hemp and hemp-derived products containing no more than 0.3% Δ9-THC on a dry-weight basis, consistent with the Agriculture Improvement Act of 2018 (the "Farm Bill") and applicable USDA regulations. We do not handle marijuana or any federally controlled substance, and we do not deal in products intended for human consumption. We make no health, medical, or therapeutic claims about any product.
Quotes are estimates based on the information provided and are not binding until confirmed in a written agreement. Pricing, timelines, coverage areas, and warehouse availability may vary by route, season, volume, and regulatory conditions. Fees, payment terms, and any applicable duties, taxes, or surcharges will be set out in your engagement documents.
Each shipment is governed by a written agreement and the applicable transport documents (such as a bill of lading, air waybill, or ocean bill of lading). Those documents, together with any statement of work or engagement letter, control the specific terms of a given deal and prevail over any general statement on this website. Transit times and delivery windows are good-faith estimates and may be affected by customs, inspections, weather, carrier availability, and regulatory action. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in California, unless a written agreement specifies otherwise.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the website or our services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
